Navigating the final decisions of your beloved pets can be scary, overwhelming, and emotional. Journey Home can help ease this decision by offering comprehensive quality of life discussions which include working through your pet’s unique challenges and any concerns you may have.

Quality of Life Consultations can either be performed at home or virtually. Dr. Stephanie reviews your pet's medical records and helps owners assess their specific pet’s quality of life. The consultation is meant to act as a guided conversation to assess your pet's current condition and advice on how to monitor and assess their quality of life as they age or as a disease progresses. Most families find comfort in simply discussing their pet's issues and finding some clarity on end-of-life decisions, but it is common to set up a  hospice or palliative care consultation to establish care or to follow up with an in-home euthanasia appointment.
